    Antalis needed to create cultural change to take on board fast paced changes in their industry and ensure that the organisation recognised key drivers of success and adapted their behaviour to deliver profitability.

     

    We worked with them to articulate their values and behaviours and translate this into a way of working which was communicated across the organisation through a series of workshops for each business unit. Implementation focused on a balanced scorecard of measures that focused on positive, solutions-focused activity that got results.

    National Grid needed help to bring a multi functional, geographically dispersed team from a number of different companies together to work effectively on a complex planning project with multiple stakeholders.

    Jennie has over 25 years experience in business management in highly competitive, commercial and changing environments. She is an accountant who has been both Finance and Operations director in an international environment.  She is an accomplished change manager, facilitator and coach for both organisations and individuals.

    Ian is an experienced business planner, business developer and project manager who has worked across the world in many cultures. His wide experience spanning public, private and third sectors and his sensitivity to cultural differences enables him to handle different perspectives fluently and to facilitate win-win collaborations.

    Jennie Boulton


    Jennie is interested in combining personal development with organisational understanding to resolve and align strategic issues and create transformational results.

    Approach

    Her coaching focuses on energising individuals and teams to discover, expand and sustain the root causes of their success to realise their full potential.

    She uses positive, strengths-based approaches because they are proven to be most effective. She is an accredited executive coach with the Association for Coaching and is trained in Appreciative Inquiry, CBT and behavioural coaching as well as systemic team and organisational coaching.

    She passionately believes that healthy organisations achieve objectives that are good for everyone by being places where values are lived and individuals connect with their authentic selves to be the best that they can be. Organisational transformation starts with personal transformation and leaders lead the way.
