Who we are

Ian Williams - Ian cares deeply about the power of social enterprise to make a difference in our world. His general management and consultancy background has developed his ability to focus on key drivers for commercial success. His wide experience spanning public, private and third sectors and his sensitivity to cultural differences enables him to handle different perspectives fluently and to facilitate win-win collaborations. In addition to connectedness ltd, Ian also works as a mentor of social entrepreneurs for Unltd* and as a consultant for the Cranfield Trust. He is an experienced business planner, business developer and project manager. He has successfully completed SROI Accredited Practitioner training  (Social Impact Measurement)

Jennie Boulton - Jennie has over 25 years experience in business management. She is a chartered accountant who has been both finance and operations director of blue chip companies. She is an accomplished change manager and facilitator and is an appreciative inquiry practitioner. She is able to combine organisational understanding with agile project management to resolve and align strategic issues and create transformational results.

Both directors have MBA's from Cranfield University and deliver services directly to customers.
